The script animates an elevator located at a construction site in Grand Theft Auto 3.
You can go up and down by pressing the E or Enter button while inside the elevator.
If the player left the building in any other way than by an elevator, then the elevator will automatically be lowered to the first floor.
During the execution of tasks on it, the elevator becomes inoperative, so as not to bug the gameplay.
